Blair began a relationship with American musician Ahmet Zappa in 2002, and the couple got engaged in October 2003.
She studied at Hillel Day School in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and then she attended Cranbrook Kingswood in Bloomfield Hills.
She also joined Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and then New York University.
Blair also devotes time to a non-profit organization she organized, the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation, focused on rescuing abused, neglected and mistreated animals.
Blair reportedly went because she was interested in buying pedigree puppies which the dealers were selling.
